Download & complete the registration form  for the centre you would like to enrol your child into.

 Scan and email a softcopy of the completed form and email it to jil@milagrosmontessori.com

 

Remember to attach scanned copies of: 
 

  • Child's Birth Certificate

  • Child's Immunisation Records

  • 1 Passport-sized Photo of Child

  • Passport-sized Photo(s) of Person(s) authorised to pick up child

PAYMENT

Make the necessary payment of fees via internet bank transfer. You will receive further details and instruction via email.
